What is The Ringleader?
You are the reason the group still exists. Easy company, endlessly available, allergic to logistics — but the thing happens because you rang everybody, and it would quietly have stopped happening years ago without you.
The cost: You are better at people than at consequences. Loyal and warm and consistently late, over-committed and out of money, and the people who love you have made a certain peace with cleaning up behind you.
The Ringleader, as a person
You are the reason it still happens. The pub thing, the five-a-side, the annual weekend — fifteen years of it is you ringing everyone, and it would have quietly stopped in year three without you. You are always late, frequently broke, and completely reliable about the one thing that matters, which is turning up and being pleased to see people. Somebody else does the spreadsheet. Somebody else has always done the spreadsheet.

You over-commit and under-deliver. Everybody is invited, half the logistics are unresolved, and someone else quietly rescues it again.
What helps: A co-organiser who handles the calendar, so that the part you are extraordinary at is the part you do.
How common is The Ringleader?
No population figures are published yet. Rarity is computed from a weekly aggregate release, and the first one appears once enough people have taken the assessment for a cell to clear the minimum publication size of 25.
Nothing on this page claims to describe how common the type is among people. When a release exists it will say which population it came from and how many were in it.

What five letters can and cannot tell you
Less than the five scores underneath them, and far more memorably — that is the trade this page is making, deliberately.
A code compresses five continuous measurements into five letters, and throws away everything in between by design. Trait scores have no natural boundaries, so this names a neighbourhood rather than a species: two people sharing a code can differ a great deal, and somebody one letter away may be more like you than somebody who matches all five. Where your own score sits close to the middle we say so — that letter comes back lowercase rather than being decided by a coin flip you never see.
