What is The Cornerstone?
Dependable and sociable at once, which is rarer than it sounds. You organise the thing, you show up early, you remember the names, and the group works because you are in it. Steady enough that nobody worries, warm enough that everybody asks.
The cost: You are the institution and institutions are hard to leave. You have stayed in a role, a town or a relationship well past the point of usefulness because too many people had arranged themselves around you staying.
The Cornerstone, as a person
You are on the committee. Possibly you chair it. You know how the building works, who to ask, and what happened the last time somebody tried this. Your calendar is full of other people’s things and you would not have it otherwise. You have been at the same organisation, club or church long enough that newer people assume you came with the fittings, and when you eventually step back it will take three people to replace you and they will all say so.

What helps: An explicit, dated end to at least one commitment, decided by you rather than by attrition.
How common is The Cornerstone?
No population figures are published yet. Rarity is computed from a weekly aggregate release, and the first one appears once enough people have taken the assessment for a cell to clear the minimum publication size of 25.

What five letters can and cannot tell you
Less than the five scores underneath them, and far more memorably — that is the trade this page is making, deliberately.
A code compresses five continuous measurements into five letters, and throws away everything in between by design.
