What is The Marshal?
You take charge because someone has to and you are visibly the best available option. Practical, direct, and unembarrassed by authority, you will make the decision the group has been circling for an hour and take the consequences without complaint.
The cost: You mistake efficiency for the whole job. Things get done and people get bruised, and you find out about the bruising much later, usually from someone else.
The Marshal, as a person
You will make the call. The group has been going round for forty minutes, everyone has said the same thing twice, and you say what is happening now and people are relieved even as they bristle. You are not unkind, you are just not interested in the ceremony around a decision. This makes you extremely useful and occasionally hard to be married to, and you know which of those two you hear about more often.

How common is The Marshal?
No population figures are published yet. Rarity is computed from a weekly aggregate release, and the first one appears once enough people have taken the assessment for a cell to clear the minimum publication size of 25.

What five letters can and cannot tell you
Less than the five scores underneath them, and far more memorably — that is the trade this page is making, deliberately.
A code compresses five continuous measurements into five letters, and throws away everything in between by design. Trait scores have no natural boundaries, so this names a neighbourhood rather than a species: two people sharing a code can differ a great deal, and somebody one letter away may be more like you than somebody who matches all five.
