What is The Foreman?
The work is done properly on your watch and everyone knows it. Demanding, exacting, and genuinely committed to the thing being right, you have neither patience for excuses nor much interest in being liked while you get it finished.
The cost: The standards and the temper arrive together. People have learned to bring you good news and route the bad news around you, which means you are often the last to know something is going wrong.
The Foreman, as a person
The work is right on your watch and everyone knows the cost of that. You have standards you have never bothered to write down and you can tell within a minute whether somebody shares them. You are not actually angry most of the time, but you are visibly not pleased often enough that people have started managing you — delivering good news personally and bad news by email — and you find out about problems later than anybody else in the building.

How common is The Foreman?
No population figures are published yet. Rarity is computed from a weekly aggregate release, and the first one appears once enough people have taken the assessment for a cell to clear the minimum publication size of 25.

What five letters can and cannot tell you
Less than the five scores underneath them, and far more memorably — that is the trade this page is making, deliberately.
A code compresses five continuous measurements into five letters, and throws away everything in between by design.
